Berserk for PS4, PS Vita, PS3 and PC Gets First Absolutely Brutal Screenshots on Famitsu

The latest issue of Weekly Famitsu had a spread on the upcoming Berserk (named Berserk Musou in Japan even if both are working title), that will release locally on September 23rd for PS4, PS3 and PS Vita and worldwide at a later date, losing the PS3 version and gaining one on Steam.

The screenshots give us the first glimpse on gameplay. Both Guts and Griffith are predictably playable, but we also get a look at Schierke. Knowing Koei Tecmo and Omega Force there’ll probably be more to be announced down the line.

We also catch a glimpse of the game’s environments and of how scene from the manga translated into gameplay.

Of course, keep in mind that the screenshots below are from magazine scans, so the final quality will be better than that.

Hailing from sunny (not as much as people think) Italy and long standing gamer since the age of Mattel Intellivision and Sinclair ZX Spectrum. Definitely a multi-platform gamer, he still holds the old dear PC nearest to his heart, while not disregarding any console on the market. RPGs (of any nationality) and MMORPGs are his daily bread, but he enjoys almost every other genre, prominently racing simulators, action and sandbox games. He is also one of the few surviving fans of the flight simulator genre on Earth.
