Over the last several days, Elgato has been teasing something big - namely, a new model of its esteemed line of capture devices for recording gameplay footage and making high-quality videos.

After teasing through Twitter over the past week that the company would be revealing a new gameplay capture card today, August 11th, 2014 (teasing with the "#ElgatoNext" hashtag), it seems Best Buy has let the cat out of the bag early by revealing the new device in a leaked advertisement for next week.

The leaked Best Buy ad shows that the new capture device is the Elgato HD60, which features a new design that appears to be slightly smaller than past devices from the company, and notably includes built-in live-streaming to Twitch or YouTube, and will be the first device in the Elgato line to feature 1080p/60fps recording of gameplay footage. The advertisement also mentions the device being able to record PS4, Xbox One, Xbox 360, and Wii U gameplay, though it appears the device only has an HDMI port, leaving out the possibility to record from a PS3 console.

Stay tuned for the official reveal of the new Elgato device later today.
