The holidays have arrived and whether you're buying games for friends, family, loved ones...or yourself, there's plenty of opportunities to grab this year's big new releases, with Best Buy offering a particularly good deal that will net you one game for free.

As part of the Weekly Ad for Best Buy this week, the retailer is currently offering a Buy 2 Get 1 Free sale on over 500 titles in stores and online on PS4 and Xbox One titles, allowing purchasers to mix and match any PS4/Xbox One titles and grab a free game with the purchase of two applicable titles.

Including recent releases from this year such as Final Fantasy XV, The Last Guardian, and many more, the only items excluded from the deal (at this time) are pre-owned, pre-ordered, and digital games, along with the PS4 version of Minecraft and Uncharted 4: A Thief's End - other than that, the eligible list of games and titles up for grabs can be found on Best Buy's website. The deal will automatically apply when three games are added to your cart, with the lowest (or equal-priced) of the three games getting the free discount.

In addition to the free game offered by the deal, Best Buy's Gamers Club Unlocked members can also stack their membership discount onto the deal with an extra 20% off on each title, making the total transaction for all three games around $96 (without tax - shipping should be free with these orders).

Best Buy's Buy 2 Get 1 Free Sale on games is currently live and running now through December 10th, 2016 - you can check out the full list of games offered in the deal by clicking here and stock up while the deal is available.
