The Best Venusaur Moveset in Pokemon GO After January 2022 Community Day
January is offering Pokemon GO players a double bubble Community Day, with Bulbasaur, Ivysaur and Venusaur stepping up to the plate this Saturday.
The Community Day classic, which follows on from last weekend’s Spheal event, sees Kanto’s Grass-type starter step into the spotlight for the first time since March 2018.
As is always the case, there will be a bunch of bonuses during the event, the opportunity to catch a shiny Bulbasaur and a special move for Venusaur.
So, with that in mind, let’s take a look at the best Venusaur moveset in Pokemon GO, following January’s second Community day.
When Should You Use Venusaur in Pokemon GO?
Venusaur is best utilised in the Pokemon GO GO Battle League Ultra League. Ranking site PVPoke ranks it as the 16th best Pokemon in the division in its Shadow form and 31st when it’s not a Shadow Pokemon.
It easily dispatches the likes of Swampert, Cresselia, Scrafty, Galarian Stunfisk and more.
It’s also a force to be reckoned with in the Great League, coming in at 53rd place overall. Again, it makes light work of some heavy hitters including Azumarill, Sableye, Scrafty, Umbreon and Galarian Stunfisk.
