What a great start to the week! We learn today that Hunted: The Demon’s Forge, the dark third-person co-op Action thriller currently being developed by inXile, will be published by Bethesda Softworks on the Xbox 360, PlayStation 3, and PC platforms. This dark fantasy shooter is the latest in a string of Unreal Engine 3 games that are giving new hope for the longevity of Epic’s most versatile yet controversial engine to date. With the intensity of modern day shooters set in the horrific world of Kala Moor, where slavery and death is commonplace, Hunted: The Demon’s Forge aims to bring a totally new and refreshing experience to the realm of action shooters by bringing together game play mechanics and storyline dynamics from various directions.

Hunted will have ranged attacks of course, there will be co-op as mentioned, but this is not exactly your average Unreal engine game. in Hunted, players can play as a master swordsman or ranged expert while use devastating melee skills or strategic cover and shoot techniques against armies of foes armed with magic and weapons. Using all of your weapons and magic spells in variety will get you through the dungeons in this game as you lead on to unlock the mystery within. Check out some screens below.
