In preparation for the public showing of The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim at PAX, Bethesda Softworks compiled a set of pictures portraying all the presets that will be available as character faces in the game.

The presets, that include ten options for males and ten for females per race, display the great level of variation that the face creator allows. I have to say I'm very impressed with that.

In all honesty, though, I still feel that female faces look a bit underwhelming, especially compared to the amazing ones modders managed to achieve in Oblivion. But it's not like the modding community won't have a field day (year? decade?) with Skyrim as well.
