If you want some heart-stopping action (especially with deadly-dueling spinning tops) to go along with your new 2DS this fall, Beyblade Evolution may be one of your best bets.

Rising Star Games, the developer behind previous titles in the Harvest Moon series and Little King's Story, has announced that Beyblade Evolution will be releasing on October 25th, 2013 in the US and Europe, and notably will be the first-ever entry in the series to release on 3DS. The game will be released in two editions: a standalone version of the base game ($29.99), and a limited edition of the game ($39.99) that also includes a Hasbro-licensed metal Beyblade toy included alongside the game.

Featuring a Story Mode of 50 different Beyblade battles and challenges alongside the multiplayer Battle Mode against friends locally or online, Beyblade Evolution will also include a huge variety of customization for Beyblades with 500 different parts to allow for numerous configurations and battle strategies. StreetPass and AR functionality will also be included into the game that will surely mix things up a bit.

If you're looking to take Beyblade Evolution for a spin (sorry - pun intended), you can check out some screenshots from the game before it's out in the fall.
