Beyond Good & Evil HD Releases Today

Ubisoft’s HD remake of the critical classic Beyond Good & Evil hits the Xbox 360 today. If you’ve always heard people talk about how good this game is and never played it, now’s your chance to take part in all its adventuristic stylings. Did I just make up a word? I think I might have. In Beyond Good & Evil, you play as the iconic, green-lipped Jade as she works to unravel a government conspiracy, all with the help of her camera – used to document the wrongs being committed.

Unfortunately, for PS3 owners (or those, like me, who are trying to make that system their primary console), you won’t be able to pick the remake up until later this year, when Ubisoft has said they will be releasing it onto the PSN. It’s hard to wait if you have never played the original, like myself, and are looking forward to checking the HD version out. But, I must be strong. You can pick it up for 800 Microsoft Points right now, or try out the demo if you’re so inclined.
