As I’m sure you've heard by now, Pokémon is a big business in Japan. A big, big,big business. It's probably never been as big as it will be next month though, when the biggest Pokémon themed store in Japan will open its doors. The store will be in Osaka and will encompass an amount of space greater than two basketball courts.

This new Pokémon Center will carry more than two thousand kinds of Pokémon goods and will also feature a heavy community focus, allowing fans to meet others who share their obsession. From there they can organize games and activities, in addition to the various tournaments and competitions the shop will hold. Indeed, a monumental day for Pokémon and its fans.
