It's safe to say that Biomutant has had a rocky launch, releasing to fairly average reviews across the board. The developers have since taken it upon themselves to rectify all of the outstanding issues within the RPG.
On June 18, a substantial update was released for Biomutant. The detailed patch notes fix various issues as well as increasing the level cap from 50 to 100. Something many fans were pleased about.

Biomutant
Biomutant released on May 25th to rather mixed reviews, mostly being either negative or average. The RPG title is set in an open world and gives the player a plethora of customization options for their character.
Like many RPG titles, Biomutant allows players to level up, use different abilities, and has a strong focus on combat. As for the story, the world of Biomutant is crumbling as a natural disaster has caused poisonous oil to appear from beneath the surface. The dangerous oil has begun polluting the Tree of Life and it’s up to players to save the Tree of Life and restore order to the world.
Biomutant is available for PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and Microsoft Windows. The title is also available on PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X|S through forwards compatibility.
Biomutant 2.05 Update & Patch Notes
Unfortunately, the June 20 Biomutant update isn't as substantial as the previous update. According to the THQ Nordic Community Manager on Reddit, there is only one fix in the update. Check out the patch notes below:

Future Updates
With the June 20 update being rather lacklustre compared to the previously released 1.5 update, what can fans expect moving forward?
Well, the Biomutant team are still yet to release update 1.5 for Xbox consoles and Origin, but fans can expect that to arrive in the coming days.
Other than that, the developers are yet to discuss any plans for future updates, but the team has been hard at work ever since Biomutant launched.
