The Bioshock franchise has established itself as one of the best first-person shooters in the history of gaming. When one considers the likes of games like Doom and Quake, it's quite hard to rival them. However, the franchise has managed to deliver the perfect mix of an engaging narrative and stellar gameplay while absolutely nailing the art of atmosphere in video games.

After the conclusion of the original trilogy, fans were eagerly waiting for the next project, and the developers announced that a new Bioshock is in development back in 2019.

According to a new tweet posted by Oops Leaks, who is quite a reliable leaker in the game industry, we could be seeing more from a number of developers this year itself. The list contains some notable names, and the leaker explains what chance each one of them has to make an appearance this year. Here is the list of games revealed by the leaker.

While there are a number of games that fans might be quite excited to see, Skate 4 and Bioshock 4 are easily two of the most anticipated ones on this list. While we have heard bits and pieces about Skate 4 in the past, Bioshock fans have been starved of details about the next game. However, that will likely change in the coming days.

Despite the leak stating that we might see both these games this year, whether it will release this year is a totally different story altogether. Skate 4 has a 2024 release date estimate and considering we haven't seen anything at all when it comes to Bioshock 4, it is safe to say that we will likely not be seeing either of the two games this year.
