BitLife Deadbeat Dad Challenge requires you to complete the following tasks.

• Become a father
• Never have a full-time job
• Abandon 2+ children from different women
• Gamble away a lot of money
• Have your home repossessed
• Reconnected with an estranged child

Like with all BitLife challenges. you need to start a new character first. This time, you should opt for a male character as the first task requires you to be a father. Once you are an adult, you can simply head on to the Fertility section under Activities and have a kid.

Next up, you should never have a full-time job in your character's life. You can opt for your own freelance/part-time jobs but that's pretty much all you can do. After that, you need to have two kids from two different women, and then abandon them. This can be done by clicking on the Relationships tab and then abandoning them by clicking on them.

For the fifth task, you need to get your home repossessed. This can be done by getting a loan from a bank, putting your house on mortgage, and then not paying off the loan. Finally, you need to reconnect with a child you have abandoned to complete the final task.
