The first task is quite easy. All you need to do is start a new life as a female and be born in the United States. To become a psychiatrist, you need to first make sure that you have a psychology major in high school, and then get admitted into medical school. Both requires high smarts, so you need to make sure you visit the library regularly to have high smarts.
As far as gymnastics is concerned, you can join the gymnastics team in school. For that, you need to ensure that you have high athleticism. This can be done by going to the gym on a regular basis.
To rob a bank, you need to head on to the Activities section in the game and select the Bank Robbery option. You can choose from a variety of options including the bank, weapons, and others. You need to choose the croquet mallet to complete the task.
Lastly, you need to escape from prison. This involves playing a minigame as well. You have to escape the guard in the minigame, and most of the time all you need to do is to lure the guard and trap him in order to get out of the prison.
