Starting a first generation is quite easy and all you need to do is a start a new game. However, as far as living to the age of 120 is concerned, that is a bit tricky since you need to do a number of things.

Ideally, you need to visit the doctor often, make sure you work out at the gym, and at the same time ensure that your happiness is high as well. You can maintain a high happiness level by going on vacations, spending time with your family, and going to the movies. Meditation is also a key element in maintaining a long life. Colon cleaning and acupuncture also help to elongate your life. Also you shouldn’t do drugs, as it might shorten your life span.
