While NcSoft's MMORPG Blade & Soul struggles to find its way west, with the official English website dreadfully silent since December 2012, something is moving in Japan, and more precisely an anime series based on the game has been officially announced today.

The anime series will air on the Japanese channel TBS starting on April and will be produced by the critically acclaimed studio Gonzo.
