Today Bandai Namco Entertainment released a batch of screenshots of the upcoming anime-inspired magic action-shooting third-person game Black Clover: Quartet Knights.

We get to see various characters that will be playable in the game's 4 vs. 4 battles, able of making use of a diverse array of spells including anti-magic, wind magic, dark magic, mirror magic, and more. Each character has different stats and abilities, making team coordination important.

Maps have complex layouts with many elevation differences that can be used to your advantage. It's possible to snipe from an elevated position or to sneak behind obstacles to attack the enemy from behind.

We also get to see four characters, the anime's protagonist Asta, Noelle Silva, Yami Sukehiro, and Yuno.

The game will launch in both North America and Europe in 2018 for PS4 and PC. A firm release date has not been announced just yet.
