Black Clover: Quartet Knights for PS4 and PC Reveals Story Mode and New Screenshots
Black Clover: Quartet Knights introduces its story mode and one of the characters that will appear in the narrative, the young Yami.
Today Bandai Namco Entertainment released a batch of screenshots and information of its upcoming anime-inspired game Black Clover: Quartet Knights.
Today we hear of the game’s story mode. A some before the events of the story, a countryside aristocrat named Lord Freze was attacked by brigands in his estate. After that, the whole family disappeared. Back to the present, Asta meets a fourteen-year-old boy named Yami. He doesn’t remember anything of his past, besides the fact that he’s looking for a woman named Karna.
We also get to see Yami himself. He’s good on one versus one fights, and his magic accelerates his speed and pulls enemies in, making it easier to attack them in hand-to-hand combat. Like Asta, he can count on high mobility and can jump and wall-run.
Another of his abilities allows him to read an enemy’s spiritual energy, detecting them through walls.
You can check out all the screenshots below. If you want to see more, you can also enjoy a recent trailer showing Yuno, another haracter trailer featuring the protagonist Asta, a batch of recent 4K screenshots, the first full trailer, and the initial teaser.
The game will launch in Japan, North America, and Europe in 2018 for PS4 and PC. A firm release date has not been announced just yet for any region.
