Call of Duty: Black Ops 4’s Blackout Gets New Down But Not Out LTM
After teasing it last week, Treyarch has released a brand new limited time mode for Call of Duty: Black Ops 4's Blackout mode, titled Down But Not Out.
A few days ago, when we first starting getting news about Call of Duty: Black Ops 4’s 1.11 update, we learned that Blackout would be receiving two new limited time modes in the near future, although we didn’t know exactly what. Now, that’s all changed as Treyarch has added one of the new modes to the game and it’s titled Down But Not Out.
The mode is simple: players with a group of four people. So long as someone on the team is alive, they will keep respawning. If all players die, then they automatically lose. This repeats until the final circle, meaning you can have insane firefights going down in the last few minutes of each match. In the few matches that I played, almost every final circle had around 60 players still inside.
According to Treyarch, Down But Not Out is set to leave the game on January 30, 2019. As of the time of this writing, it’s unknown when the second new LTM will be coming to the game. Only time will tell, I guess.
Call of Duty: Black Ops 4 is available on PlayStation 4, Xb0x One, and Windows PC.
