Treyarch has released the new weekly update for Call of Duty: Black Ops 4 and it changes the score needed for certain streaks and fixes Zombies crashes.

In a move that can only be seen as great, Treyarch has been updating Call of Duty: Black Ops 4 on a weekly basis, and this week is no different. Yesterday, the developer released the next weekly update for the game, and while it does add content to non-PlayStation platforms that arrived last week, it also adds extra stuff for everyone, whether you like it or not.

Besides the addition of Nuketown on Xbox One and PC platforms, and the addition of TDM 100 across all platforms, the update mostly changed a lot of things behind the scenes. The most notable of these updates is the decrease in the time it takes for a care package to drop (finally!). That being said, Treyarch also reduced the chance of getting a “high-end” scorestreak from care packages, so it’s not all good news.

Another huge change seen in the update is that of the scorestreak point requirements. With this update, the majority of the scorestreaks had their points either reduced or increased. You can check out the full list of streaks below (but why it still takes five kills to get an RC-XD, I have no idea).

Of course, Zombies mode also saw over 70 different crashes get fixed, so hopefully, the mode is starting to feel like a more stable experience for Easter Egg hunters.

Finally, a brand new in-game event is also live with the new update, called the Quad Feed, which activates double XP in Multiplayer and Zombies, double Merits in Blackout, double Tier’s in the Contraband Stream, and double Nebuilium Plasma in Zombies.

Why Ratchet & Clank is the Most Important PS5 Game

The patch should be available to download right now on all platforms. If you want to read the full patch notes for the weekly update, straight from Treyarch, you can do so by clicking here.

Call of Duty: Black Ops 4 is available on all the aforementioned platforms and has been since October. If you want to pick up the game on Amazon, you can do so by clicking here.
