Arc System Works announced their plans to release a new rhythm game, Eat Beat Deadspike-san, worldwide on March 22 for Nintendo Switch-via the eShop for $6.99.

According to the game's Official websiteEat Beat Deadspike-san is a food gobbling rhythm game that features characters from Arc System Works' fighting game series BlazBlue. Interestingly, the game has a story that is set in an unnamed Hierarchical City, starring two characters, Ragna and Dead Spike-san. Evidentally, Ragna fought hard, but could never win and Dead Spike-san stepped in to help.

Gameplay features the two characters eating as much as the can in order for Ragna to become stronger. Players will need to use the L and R buttons to eat incoming food items to the tune of the beat. Additionally, there is a special Burst Gauge that charges by eating more items and will increase the number of calories Ragna consumes.

Dishes in the game include Tentama Udon, Boiled Eggs, and Fish Sausage. Furthermore, the game will launch with the following setlist:
