A few days back we brought a sale on Amazon to your attention, which basically gets you caught up to the last expansion in World of WarcraftWrath of the Lich King – for $40. Now Blizzard themselves have gone and one-upped Amazon with this amazing deal: You can get World of Warcraft, Burning Crusade and Wrath of the Lich King for the exceptionally low price of $20 from the Blizzard Store. Folks, the time is now! Time to take the plunge, or, at the very least, if you’ve been thinking of picking up a second account to get the snazzy recruit-a-friend bonus, you have until November 30th to do so.

On top of that, adding the new expansion, Cataclysm, is only going to cost you $40 more. So, for the price of a new PS3 or Xbox 360 game, you get six years of World of Warcraft content. Can’t beat that. And no, Blizzard didn’t pay me to say this.
