After weeks of anticipation, BlizzCon 2019 finally kicks off in under an hour and it should be a fascinating show for a variety of reasons. Not only is Blizzard rumored to announce new games such as Overwatch 2 and Diablo 4 today, but the company is also still dealing with controversy surrounding the fallout from the banning of Hearthstone pro player Blitzchung for speaking out about the protests in Hong Kong. In fact, many at BlizzCon are formally protesting Blizzard throughout the weekend at the event.

With all of this in mind and coming off of the heels of what many considered to be a weak showing at BlizzCon 2018, Blizzard has a lot of ground to cover during the convention's opening ceremony today. The keynote address, which always kicks off the festivities at BlizzCon, is set to begin in just about 30 minutes at 2:00pm EST/11:00am PST.

Fortunately, if you're not personally in Anaheim for the show, you can still tune in online. Blizzard will be streaming the opening ceremony online for the whole world to watch.

If you'd like to watch via YouTube, you can find that stream embedded down below. The show hasn't started as of this posting, but it should be live with the pre-show in about ten minutes or so.

Conversely, if you'd like to watch BlizzCon's opening via Twitch, you can find that stream attached at the bottom of the page.

And of course, if you can't tune in to watch live, stay tuned to DualShockers here throughout the day as we'll have all of the biggest news from the show posted here on the website.
