Looking for that elusive Lost Burial Blade in Bloodborne, but don't know where to start to find one? The admins of the subreddit r/bloodborne created a great tool to let you find the chalice dungeon that includes exactly the items you need.

You can check out the database here. For now there aren't that many, as the database has just been created, but there are already a few that are downright awesome, like "5wu2zv5n," that will grant you a Lost Chikage, a Lost Burial Blade and a 15% health rune.

The great thing is that you can contribute to the database yourself with your own dungeon, and participate in the sharing by using the form here. In a few quick steps you can help out other players by giving them access to all the loot and weapons found in your own dungeons.
