Yes, you read it correctly! Bloodborne Kart is a racing project based on the Bloodborne PSX Demake, an already release PC game developed by Lilith Walther! Recently, she revealed that she is working on a brand new project!

Bloodborne Kart Is the Next Project from Bloodborne PSX Demake Developer

Unfortunately, we didn't get anything other than an announcement trailer from the developer, which doesn't showcase any gameplay footage. That being said, the game still secures the PS1 aesthetics and 32-bit build as a legacy of the Bloodborne PSX Demake project. You can check out the announcement trailer down below:

At the moment, there is no official release date, and the developer made it clear that the game will be available when it's ready. Similar to Bloodborne PSX Demake, Bloodborne Kart will also be a free-to-play project for PC players.

If you haven't played Walther's first project yet, you can download it from here for free. Translating the incredibly detailed world of Bloodborne into a PS1 title would definitely need a lot of effort and hard work, which obviously proves how much time the developer has put into it.
