As Sony promised a few days ago, Bloodborne's patch 1.04 has been made available for download on the PSN during a scheduled maintenance.
The patch weighs about 300 megabytes and lists the following changes on the PS4:
- Improved Game Balance
- Various bug fixes
An English version of the patch notes hasn't been made public yet, but the Japanese patch notes pretty much confirm what we had here, with some additions. Update: You can find a full translation here.
