This week, publisher FDG Entertainment tweeted that Update 1.0.1 was released on April 5th and is currently available for the indie-adventure game Blossom Tales: The Sleeping King on Nintendo Switch. The patch includes various fixes for bugs and now enables video capture while playing the game. When players press and hold the Capture button, the last thirty seconds of gameplay will be recorded. The game should automatically update, or just follow the prompt that comes up when launching the game from the Home Menu while connected to the internet.  FDG also tweeted that the next update for Blossom Tales is already in the works.  That one will provide additional language support for the game.

Blossom Tales made its way onto Nintendo Switch from Steam after many requests to the publisher from fans.  Last month, FDG tweeted their thanks to the Switch community for keeping the game's developer, Castle Pixel, in business due to the sharp increase in sales from the move to Switch.

Blossom Tales: The Sleeping King is an open world action adventure game that follows Lily, a Knight of the Rose, trying to save the kingdom of Blossom from eternal darkness.  The game is currently available on the Nintendo Switch and PC. You can watch a trailer for it here, or pick up the game from Humble Bundle.
