Online Action RPG Blue Protocol will include over 10,000 players in its Closed Alpha Test. New gameplay and screenshots revealed.
Bandai Namco announced that it doubled the player cap for the Closed Alpha Test of Blue Protocol. Instead of 5000 players, 10,000 players’ applications will now be accepted for the test. A short battle gameplay video was published as well. I’ve gotta say this looks much less impressive than what we’re seeing in the first trailer, but it’s important to remember this is Alpha footage. The new screenshots can be found below.
Online Action RPG Blue Protocol was announced by Bandai Namco at the end of June, Blue Protocol will be launching on PC, but has no release estimate. Registrations for the test are open until July 16 11:00 JST on the official site.
Blue Protocol‘s Closed Alpha Test will be held on July 26 from 19:00 to 22h59 JST, then on July 27 and July 28 from 20:00 to 23h59 JST. Players participating will be forbidden from sharing any screenshots or footage, so don’t be surprised if Bandai Namco deletes such content on sight on YouTube or social media. The CTA is technically for Japanese residents only. Bandai Namco didn’t announce Blue Protocol in the west yet.
