Boom Ball: Boost Edition Releasing for Nintendo Switch on October 11th

Switch owners can pick up the latest entry into the series, Boom Ball: Boost Edition, just in a couple of days on October 11th.

The motion game developer Virtual Air Guitar Company announced that Boom Ball: Boost Edition will launch exclusively to the Nintendo Switch on October 11th.

The title is a somewhat mashup up of brick breaker and ping pong. The game takes full use of the motion controls with the Joy-Con controllers and will take in the full effect of the HD rumble possibilities within the controllers. It can be played with a single Joy-Con and supports two-player gameplay. Despite supporting motion controls, the game will still be available to be played in handheld mode as well.

I have always been a fan of black breaker games. However, I might have to pick this game up just based on the development studio name alone. I mean, Virtual Air Guitar Company? The name is deserving enough for my purchase.

Boom Ball: Boost Edition will be available on October 11th on the Nintendo eShop in North America, Europe, Australia, and New Zealand for a price of $12.99 / €12.99 / £9.99.
