There is no denying that The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild is one of the most profitable titles for the Switch, so it’s no surprise that Nintendo continues to support the game months after its official release. Recently, the developer has launched a new update that addresses several in-game issues as well as a new system for item distribution.

According to Nintendo, update 1.3.1 addresses a problem in The Master Trials DLC, which caused players not to receive credit when defeating certain enemies for Kilton on Master Mode. Additionally, the developer has patched in a new item distribution method.

The new system allows players to obtain in-game items by launching the software from specific articles on the new News Channel on the Switch’s Home menu. Although the update is now available to download, the channel will not be available until August 9th at the earliest.

If you want more information on the game, be sure to check out a developer update on the game’s second expansion, The Champions of the BalladBreath of the Wild’s first quarter financial results as well as an announcement for an Art Book based on the game.

The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild is out now on Switch and Wii-U.
