Officially, the Xbox One has a November release window, while the PS4 will drop on the shelves in the "holidays".  The British tabloid The Sun seems to have a more precise idea, as it went on print with a comparison table pegging the release date for both consoles on November the 21st, as you can see in the picture below (thanks for the tip Arai).

On top of that, we also learn that an online poll ran by the tabloid itself states that 79% of the participants are in favor of purchasing PS4 instead of Xbox One.

Of course we have  to keep firmly in mind that The Sun is a tabloid, so we have really no idea on whether they have inside info or they're simply shooting in the dark. Therefore, we have to chalk this a rumor until official information is shared.

Of course, if The Sun happened to be right on the money, we'd have an extremely interesting situation. Both consoles would launch head to head in the same day, creating a "clash of the titans" that's almost unprecedented. Both companies seem confident in the cards they have in hand. Who will win in the end? Your guess is as good as mine.

In the meanwhile, I'm stocking up on pop corn.
