Btooom! Game Announced for iOS and Android; First Screenshot and Key Art Released

The Japanese developer Asobimo announced today that it’s developing a game based on the popular anime and manga Btooom!

That’s the good news. The arguably bad news is that the game is for mobile. Business model and release window haven’t been disclosed.

Further details will be released on May 21st issue of Monthly Comic @BUNCH, where the manga is currently serialized. Below you can see the key art and the first screenshot.

Hailing from sunny (not as much as people think) Italy and long standing gamer since the age of Mattel Intellivision and Sinclair ZX Spectrum. Definitely a multi-platform gamer, he still holds the old dear PC nearest to his heart, while not disregarding any console on the market. RPGs (of any nationality) and MMORPGs are his daily bread, but he enjoys almost every other genre, prominently racing simulators, action and sandbox games. He is also one of the few surviving fans of the flight simulator genre on Earth.
