Build-A-Bear Workshop and The Pokémon Company International have announced today that the two companies are teaming up to produce a Pokémon Charmander set, their third collaboration following Pikachu and Eevee.

Available both at retail and online, the online set includes the plush, a Charmander sound chip, a Great Ball hoodie, a Lucario hoodie, and a Build-A-Bear Workshop Charmander Pokémon TCG card for $61, not including tax. The retail standalone version will cost $28 pre-tax and include the aforementioned TCG card, with Great Ball hoodies also being available separately for $12.50.

The fourth Pokémon in the Pokédex, Charmander is a fire-type monster that evolves into Charmeleon starting at level 16, which then evolves into Charizard starting at level 36. Along with Bulbasaur and Squirtle, it's one of three starter Pokémon of the Kanto region available at the beginning of the very first Pokémon games, Pokémon RedPokémon Green, and Pokémon Blue.

The promotion will begin December 8th on Build-A-Bear Workshop's online store and retail locations across the United States, United Kingdom, and Canada. Screenshots for the Charmander, including a look at those adorable hoodies, can be found below.

In the meantime, Build-A-Bear Workshop is hosting another promotion featuring Sonic the Hedgehog.
