Nintendo is dropping games and DLC today like it's nobody's business. First of all Kirby Fighters 2 launched in the early hours and now, Nintendo has confirmed that the third Cadence of Hyrule DLC Pack, Symphony of the Mask is available. This is the third and final DLC pack for Cadence of Hyrule that was announced during the Nintendo Direct Mini back in July. Of the three packs, Symphony of the Mask is definitely the most substantial. It adds a brand new story to the game, focused around The Legend of Zelda: Majora's Mask antagonist Skull Kid. Alongside the new story, the DLC pack adds new characters, a whole new map, new dungeons and new music to the game.

In Cadence of Hyrule: Symphony of the Mask, the mask donning trickster can change his abilities based on what mask he wears, just like he does in The Legend of Zelda series.

This DLC pack follows the first two which were released earlier this summer. The first of which added a total of five new playable characters to the game. The characters, Impa, Shadow Link, Shadow Zelda, Aria and Frederick each come with their own special abilities and playstyles, making them feel completely different to one another. You can read our thoughts on the first DLC pack and each of the characters here.

The second DLC pack is the smallest of the three. It added 39 new tracks to the game from three different artists, with three different styles, when it released back in August.

Alongside the announcement of the DLC and Season Pass, Nintendo confirmed that Cadence of Hyrule: Crypt of the Necrodancer would be getting a physical edition. The edition, which launches next month, will come complete with all three of the DLC packs that have been released.
