[UPDATE] The Caligula Effect Gets Delayed Indefinitely in Europe

May 8, 2017

Atlus announced that The Caligula Effect’s European release as a digital title on the PlayStation Vita has been delayed to an unannounced date. The game released in North America on May 5.

The Caligula Effect was originally delayed from May 5 to May 9 in Europe, but now it seems the game won’t be seen on the European PSN tomorrow. Publisher Atlus has not provided a statement on why the game has been delayed, but they have stated they will announce a new release date in the future.

DualShockers reviewed The Caligula Effect and praised it for its ambitious systems and story, but lacked execution.

Evidently, the delay didn’t last long because the game is now available in Europe via PlayStation Vita’s PSN.
