Call of Duty: Black Ops Gets Hardened and Prestige EditionsCall of Duty: Black Ops will be hitting stores November 9th, 2010 just in time for the holidays and word has come out that there will be a Hardened and Prestige edition of the title making their way to the PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360. It’s looking like these editions are priced the same as they were for Modern Warfare 2, which is $79.99 and $149.99. These are the prices that are listed as of yet, and could change.

The contents of Modern Warfare 2‘s Hardened edition included a steel book, an art book, and a download code for Call of Duty: Classic. The Prestige edition contained everything that the Hardened edition did but added a set of fully-functioning night-vision goggles as well as a stand. Hopefully, we can expect an awesome package like the one that they brought to us in both special editions of Modern Warfare 2.

Now, I’m wondering what we might expect from the Prestige edition. I’m sure that it won’t be another set of night-vision goggles, but maybe instead they will place a fully-functioning Mini-Uzi into the package. Nah. That might not go over to well with the parents. A man can hope though, right?
