Clearly indicative of the partnership between Eminem and Activision, gamers who pre-order Call of Duty: Ghosts through GameStop will receive a digital code, allowing them to download Eminem’s upcoming album, Marshall Mathers LP 2, at a discount.
The discounted price of the album will come out to $8.99, and will include an additional bonus track as well. This is not the first time the two entities have collaborated with one another – three years ago, Eminem and Rihanna performed at Activision’s E3 2010 Concert. Most recently, his track “Survival” was featured in the Ghosts multi-player trailer.
Call of Duty: Ghosts is being developed by Infinity Ward (Treyarch is developing the Wii U version) and will be published by Activision for the PlayStation 4, Xbox One, PlayStation 3, Xbox 360, Wii U, and PC between early and late November.
