Call of Duty: Modern Warfare Remastered Video Comparison Shows Original vs Remastered

If you want to see how Call of Duty: Modern Warfare Remastered compares to the original from 2007, during a livestream broadcasted today, Infinity Ward showcased a video comparison.

The graphics are definitely been massively improved. It’s not just increased resolution, that’s for sure: elements like textures and models have been redone, audio has been revamped as well, with new foley (everyday sound effects like steps, the noise of foliage and much more) recorded, dynamic lighting has been added and more.

Unfortunately, we also just learned via the official FAQ that the remaster won’t be sold separately, and will only be available with Call of Duty: Infinite Warfare.

“You must own Call of Duty: Infinite Warfare in order to get Call of Duty: Modern Warfare Remastered.”

That said, you can check the comparison out below.

RPGs (of any nationality) and MMORPGs are his daily bread, but he enjoys almost every other genre, prominently racing simulators, action and sandbox games. He is also one of the few surviving fans of the flight simulator genre on Earth.
