Call of Duty: Strike Team launches today alongside a launch trailer, that features some of the development team and shows off gameplay. Call of Duty: Strike Team is out now for iPad, iPhone and iPod touch.

According to the devs, Strike Team was built from the ground up for iOS and was developed to not only include gameplay expected of any Call of Duty game, but to also have a unique top-down third person point of view. The devs also state that Strike Team was created by a studio made up of experienced mobile game developers.

Drone View is the third-person point of view that players use while controlling the Drone, allowing them to scout the area for enemies. Squad gameplay allows players to control individual units, such as ordering them to stealth kill enemies. Players can also send out challenges to your friends and get tokens for the game in return. Survival mode is a map that has players fighting against increasingly difficult odds to see how long they can survive.
