If you've been thinking about trying to level up and prestige your character in Call of Duty: WWII, but you're worried about it taking too long to do so, then today is your lucky day. Developer Sledgehammer Games has officially confirmed that a double XP bonus is now active in the first-person shooter, and will remain available until Monday at an unknown time, however, it will more than likely be around 1:00 p.m.

During this time period, players will earn double the amount of both normal character XP, as well as weapon XP, meaning if you want to focus more on one specific gun you can. Unlike the previous Winter Siege event, this bonus will be active in all maps and game modes. In addition to that, double XP has also been turned on in the game's Nazi Zombies mode, so if you that's more your thing, then you won't be left out.

In other Call of Duty: WWII news, a few days ago some in-game rewards for Twitch Prime members were revealed, which include a free Rare Supply Drop, as well as a free Epic Supply Drop.

Call of Duty: WWII was originally released on November 3, 2017, and is available on PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and Windows PC.
