Capcom Files DMC Trademark

September 14, 2010

You read that right. Recently, a trademark has been filed for the name “DMC’ which as I’m sure you know, is an abbreviation for Devil May Cry, the beloved stylish action game from Capcom. Little has been said about a new DMC game since 2008’s Devil May Cry 4.

We recently informed you that Keiji Inafune spoke about Devil May Cry 5 in an interview, saying that the series would be changed to make it more appealing to western audiences. No real information such as a confirmed release and dates have been released. Perhaps more information will surface for the game at the Tokyo Game Show this week. Perhaps.
