Capcom Working on “Major” Games For Next Fiscal Year; Plans to Release More than in FY 2014

on February 9, 2015 4:40 PM

Capcom released today the Q&A from the latest investor briefong related to the third quarter of fiscal year 2014, and among the questions one asked more information on the game line-up for the next fiscal year (between April 2015 and March 2016).

The answer was actually rather promising:

We are currently developing a number of games, including major titles. We foresee more growth in our title lineup than in this fiscal year. But we are unable to provide more information because we are still working on the timetable for launching these titles and our plans for sales volume.

While we didn’t get any actual titles, looks like Capcom intends to push more new titles out in the next fiscal year more than it did in the one that’s almost ended. Hopefully not too many of them will be on mobile.
