In a posting to his official Twitter account, game director and designer Hideaki Itsuno gave his followers a very quick update in regards to his upcoming project which currently is yet to be revealed or given any sort of window for release.

The last time we heard about the title from Itsuno-san was around E3 earlier this year. You can check out the new tweet down below.

If you’re not familiar with his name, Itsuno-san is the director behind some of the best entries in the Devil May Cry series as well as the more recent Dragon’s Dogma series. Furthermore, he also directed entries in the Rival Schools and Power Stone series.

Exactly one year ago, Itsuno-san tweeted that he would be announcing the title in 2017, but obviously, that hasn’t happened yet. Fans of Devil May Cry have long been clamoring for a proper, fifth entry in the series. I’d personally be very okay with that, or even a sequel to the first Dragon’s Dogma title, which I got to review earlier this year once it was brought over to PS4. As of right now, we can only speculate, but we’ll be sure to keep you updated once we get an official reveal.
