Castlevania is one of the most popular anime series that is available to watch exclusively on Netflix. The show is based on a legendary video game series of the same name and has four amazing seasons.

Unfortunately, the series came to an end with an incredible fourth season. However, it is one of those series that kicked off the anime universe of Netflix. Castlevania Spinoff Series Confirmed

The fifth day of Netflix Geeked Event was dedicated to Original shows based on the famous video game franchise. The show featured first looks and announcements for several upcoming shows, but the Castlevania spinoff announcement was a happy surprise.

The creators confirmed that the Castlevania spinoff would take place in 1792 France during the French Revolution. And what's truly interesting is that the spinoff would feature Richter Belmont, the son of Sypha and Trevor Belmont. Besides him, the show will also feature Maria Renard.

Honestly, we don't know if Sypha or Trevor will appear in the spinoff, but it's best not to rule out that possibility. The characters from the original series might appear in some flashbacks, but that's just our prediction.

That's all the creators revealed about the upcoming Castlevania Spinoff series. Unfortunately, we don't have any potential release date for the upcoming Netflix show either. But it's safe to presume that we'll at least get to see a trailer for the spinoff by the end of this year.
