Catherine: Full Body, the enhanced port of Catherine, the rather mature-oriented puzzle and adventure game is getting a "special announcement" on January 11 according to a recent tease from Atlus Studio Zero on Twitter.

Their announcement will be shared online on January 11 (Thursday) at 12:00pm JST. No other details beside it being something they saved to show off were given in the tweet.

It's definitely fun to speculate what this announcement could possibly be. It can be another character or maybe follow up on those recent hints about a Catherine port for the PC.  These hints were given in the form of photos of sheep on the steam pages of Bayonetta, Valkyria Chronicles 4 and Yakuza Zero so far. However, this ESRB rating we found of Catherine seems to indicate that it is going to be a port of the classic game and not the enhanced version. Since there were anime of other Atlus games like Persona already, there is the possibility they might announce one for Catherine now as well. That being said, this is all speculation on my part; we'll have to wait and see for the official announcement.

Catherine: Full Body releases on February 14th in Japan for the PlayStation 4 and Vita Platforms, it adds a new major heroine character named Qatherine (yup..really), new co-op stages, music, four new endings, new power-ups, and stage hazards as well as doubling up the number of stages in general. There are also new cut-scenes that expand the past of its main protagonist Vincent.

The game will come west in 2019 with no precise platforms revealed yet.
