Known for its risque humor and quirky puzzle gameplay, Catherine has long been regarded as a cult hit over the past several years since its release, and now it appears that the game may be crossing over to PC owners in the near future, if a recent teaser is to be believed.

Over on the official Steam page for the PC version of Bayonetta, a new update on the community page simply had a picture of a sheep, appropriately titled "Baa."

While this might seem innocuous enough, fans of Catherine quickly pieced together that the tease appears to hint that the game may be heading to Steam, after originally debuting on the PS3 and Xbox 360 in 2011.

This isn't the first time that remasters and ports of cult hit games were teased through Bayonetta, as we saw in 2017 with a hint that Vanquish would be coming to PC, and last year the page also teased that Puyo Puyo Tetris would be coming to PC.

Previous rumors had indicated that a Catherine Classic was on the way according to an Australian ratings listing, presumably to bring over the original game in lieu of the upcoming Catherine: Full Body that will be coming to PS4 and PS Vita that updates the original game alongside new content.

At this time we don't know just yet whether or not the PC release will be the original game or the upcoming remaster (more likely the former), though regardless fans of the cult title will likely have another chance at playing it on a new platform, while also giving a new audience of gamers the chance to experience its seductive charms.
