As one of the most acclaimed games of last year, Celeste garnered attention not only for its challenging platforming and emotional storytelling, but also for its exceptional soundtrack. With the game's upcoming Farewell DLC, alongside new levels and stages we'll happen to get plenty of brand new music to listen to, with the soundtrack for the DLC now available to pre-order ahead of time.Celeste soundtrack composer Lena Raine detailed that the official soundtrack for Celeste: Farewell is available now to pre-order over on her Bandcamp page. The soundtrack consists of 13 tracks, is priced at $9 USD, and has a tentative release date of September 1, 2019, though the release date is likely to change given that no official release date has been confirmed for the DLC itself just yet.Alongside the pre-orders for the album itself, Raine also shared that a new preview track from the album is available called "Fear of the Unknown," which should give fans of the game more of its haunting sounds that made its soundtrack so memorable. Raine also confirmed that the soundtrack will be available on more music storefronts and streaming services "once released."Celeste is available now for PS4, Xbox One, Nintendo Switch, PC, Mac, and Linux, with its "Farewell" DLC to arrive sometime later this year. In the meantime, you can preview two of the tracks from the upcoming soundtrack here.
