While the topic of games exclusivity has been a bit of a controversial topic with the Epic Games Store, one of the storefront's most appealing perks has been its weekly offerings of free games. After recently giving away some well-known titles like FezMutant Year Zero: Road to Eden, and Hyper Light Drifter, this week is another strong week for Epic Games Store users with two absolute indie games available now for free.

The Epic Games Store has officially revealed that the next giveaway being featured on the storefront isn't just one game but two, and in this case we're getting two particularly great indie games to enjoy. The latest games being given away by the Epic Games Store are Celeste and Inside, which you can pick up for free with an EGS account and keep in your library forever.

Both games are available for free now through September 5, and the next games that you can expect to grab from the Epic Games Store have already been revealed as ABZU and The End is Nigh, which will be available the following week from September 5-12.

While the two games together are a bit of an odd pair, there's no denying that Celeste and Inside are easily two standout indie titles from the last few years. Having played both of them myself, being able to play both of them for absolutely free is a complete steal and they are well worth for time, whether it's for Inside's compelling and dark story, or Celeste's emotional tale and challenging platforming.
