Check Out Techland Playing Four Minutes of Dying Light Co-Op

January 22, 2015

Techland has released a new video today for Dying Light showing the studio’s development team playing the game’s co-op mode.

The video features producer Tymon Smektała, game designer Maciej Binkowski, brand manager Paweł Modliński and assistant producer Marcel Mitraszewski teaming up to tackle various tasks. In one scenario, you can see the developers attempt to loot a police van for supplies by using fire crackers and a gas tank to distract the shambling zombies. At night they chase after a powerful zombie that drops excellent loot across the rooftops of several buildings. The video is capped off with the team taking strikes at a soccer ball at each other.

It’s a decent taste of what the open world drop-in/drop-out co-op will look like when Dying Light launches next week. Dying Light releases on PS4, Xbox One and PC on January 27th.
