The first full gameplay video of the upcoming Binding of Isaac: Rebirth has been released, showing off - much like the original - tear projectiles, blood clots and piles of poop.

The video doesn't show off any new gameplay content, but does give an overview of how familiar boss fights and enemies will look and sound in the remake, as well as showing off some of the new musical tracks.

Binding of Isaac: Rebirth is set for release this year on PlayStation 4, PlayStation Vita, Mac, Linux and PC.
