Owlboy, a beautiful pixel adventure platform game, was originally released for PC back in 2016. Earlier this year, it was digitally released for Xbox One, PlayStation 4, and Nintendo Switch, and on May 29th, it will be physically released for PlayStation 4 and Nintendo Switch. To help out players who may be new to the game, this weekend Xbox shared a video with some tips and tricks they can use while playing as Otus, the mute owl-hybrid in question.

The video shares some insight about the game in regards to the game's currency called Buccanary Coins and where to look for them. These can be spent at the Adventure Emporium for trinkets. In addition, the developer D-Pad Studio apparently loves to include hidden rooms in the game, so be sure to check all of the walls just in case a hidden path lies behind them. The video also gives advice about Otus' speed roll and how best to use the companions he carries as he flies throughout the floating island.
